Gregor is a former co-founder COO and CEO of two venture-funded companies with an engineering background and has practiced the art of hiring for over 7 years.

Born and raised in Austria he obtained a MSc in Engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur, with Distinction) from the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna and a MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship (with Distinction) from the University of Warwick (ranked Top-1% world-wide).

After graduating, Gregor stayed in London (UK) co-founding Home Run, an online-grocery delivery service that delivered over 32,000 orders, raised millions in £ of venture capital, employed 15 staff and 80 drivers.

After seven years in the UK, Gregor moved back to Austria, becoming an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Austrian Venture Firm Gasser & Partner and Interim-CEO at their portfolio company Pharmaziegasse Kosmetik GmbH.

After his tenure at Gasser & Partner he set up his Executive Search firm to continue what he always loved most about job as founder and manager: searching, engaging and hiring great people.

His consulting style is both personal and methodical. Personal when it comes to engaging candidates and communicating with clients and methodical when it comes to driving the result, being transparent about numbers and progress and getting the job done on time.
